Sharon Bishop, also affectionately known as “Mimi”, has been blessing the Tri-State area (DE, PA, NJ) with her baked desserts, filled with her love and passion. With over 40 years of baking and catering experience, Sweet Tooth By Mimi was only destined to happen. Mimi began baking as a young girl with her mother and carried the recipes and traditions down to her children and grandchildren. Sweet Tooth By Mimi was founded September 23, 2019. It was regular afternoon when Mimi’s daughter suggested she share her gift with the world. It was in that moment the idea of Sweet Tooth By Mimi was born. Shortly after putting the word out, Mimi had family members, friends, and local community members beating down her door for treats! The love and support was overwhelming, Mimi then realized this was her calling.
